During our phone call we set up a time which works for each of us.  When we meet, we will sit down and identify your goals for the project, and your vision for the outcome.

Also known as the Pre-Construction phase, we solidify the details leading up to agreement on the scope of work.  We work closely together to agree on a budget, material options, deadlines for each phase of the project, as well as exactly what the design and outcome will be. 

When we are each pleased with the details of the project we can move forward and finalize the construction agreement. 

Subcontractors will be scheduled and materials can be ordered, leading up to the most exciting part of it all.
